Fertility

Like pretty much every one I meet, I also struggled with my Menstrual Cycle growing up, and had little to no understanding of ways to support myself or appreciate it. I found Sexual Education in school was not relatable and digestible as it could be, and it didn’t really focus on what the functions of the Menstrual Cycle was which is the very foundations of our Reproductive and Sexual health.

Fast forward to today - Learning about the functions of the Reproductive System and how it results in a Menstrual Cycle has given me the self awareness to better support myself throughout the changes and make more informed choices, which I want to share with women of all ages, especially young women stepping into Womanhood.

It does not need to be complicated or unattainable to understand how the body you live in your whole life, functions.

Yoga

I teach Yoga/Adaptive Yoga to kids, adults and people with special needs in my local area. I am currently available for teaching around the Bundaberg area.

Private 1:1 or Group Classes.

Yoni Yoga classes are also available for women who are interested in syncing their practice with their cycle.
